Provide purchasers with training on operations and maintenance staff free of charge.

Give technical instructions on the site free of charge, and provide presentation on product performance and technical training on installation, commissioning, use and maintenance for users (in unrestricted number) free of charge.

Supplier will be responsible for instructing product installation and commissioning, and providing warranty on product quality.
Product supervision

Purchaser can supervise and witness the fabrication of equipment in key process. Supplier will notify Purchaser in writing five days prior to the beginning of final assembly and factory delivery test, and Purchaser shall reply Supplier in writing whether it will witness it or not within three days of the notification.。

Purchaser may conduct spot check in the factory or on the site, and Supplier shall make active coordination.
